The Grove City Human Resources Office manages every aspect of the employment process including staff recruitment and selection, employee benefit administration, labor and employee relations, classification and compensation plan administration of City employees. The Human Resources Office serves as an information center for employees and management. Other support duties include processing grievances, communication and interpretation of collective bargaining agreements, City policies and rules.

Qualifications:
Must have high school diploma or equivalent. Must have ability to organize and execute events. Proficient computer skills and digital camera experience preferred. Good verbal and written skills required.
Duties to include:
Organizing and facilitating several Big Splash events. Provide creative entertainment during pool closures.

Qualifications:
Must be 16 years of age or older. Must be able to successfully complete Lifeguard training, CPR and First Aid training and a lifeguard practical test.
Duties to include:
Ensure the safety and well-being of Big Splash guests. Enforce facility rules and regulations. Respond to emergencies and provide appropriate care.
