The Grove City Human Resources Office manages every aspect of the employment process including staff recruitment and selection, employee benefit administration, labor and employee relations, classification and compensation plan administration of City employees. The Human Resources Office serves as an information center for employees and management. Other support duties include processing grievances, communication and interpretation of collective bargaining agreements, City policies and rules.
